The information that Digitaldaz collects is obtained from Clients, and Consultants and Stakeholders with their full knowledge and from diverse sources such as the Internet, Fax, Email and Post.
The information is used for the process of satisfying requirements of Clients in delivering Digitaldaz Digital Business Strategies and Solutions. The information is stored either on paper or in electronic format. The information is not disclosed or used for any other purposes.
How Your Information is Collected
Digitaldaz takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the quality of the information that is collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Digitaldaz stores Client and Stakeholders’ information in controlled facilities and takes reasonable steps to protect the information it holds from misuse, loss or unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
How Your Information will be Used
Only authorised persons within Digitaldaz providing proof of identity and are authorised representatives of Digitaldaz are given access to information for the purposes of undertaking the requirements of delivering Digitaldaz Digital Business Strategies and Solutions. Digitaldaz obtains express authority from Clients and Stakeholders for their personal information to be released to a third party.
If Clients or Stakeholders want to view, update or have their information removed from Digitaldaz’s database they may contact firstname.lastname@example.org and no reasonable request will be denied.
Digitaldaz does not adopt, use or transfer any Identifiers of Commonwealth Agencies or its contractors through our processes. Digitaldaz only collects sensitive information when specifically supplied or requested to by the Client or Stakeholder.
This policy may be updated from time to time and any changes will not reduce the privacy protection set out above or will not affect information previously collected, unless required by law or otherwise beyond Digitaldaz’s control. (eg. Technology Changes). Any such changes to this policy that adversely affect privacy protection of the Client or Stakeholders will be reflected in this policy.
